Spacious private basement studio in Trinidad, minutes from Union Market, H St, and Gallaudet U. Come stay with us! You’ll have the unit to yourself with your own entry, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. There’s a coffee station, mini fridge, and microwave, but no kitchen sink or stove. Easy street parking as needed. Please note, entry is from the back of the house through the access road. We live upstairs if you need anything, but otherwise want our guests to enjoy their privacy.

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
