Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Ten-minute walk to Rhode Island Metro Station, close to Union Market, Union Station and 20 minutes to DC monuments. The apartment has many amenities including fast internet, full kitchen and plenty of closet space.

Our place is close to everything you need: -4 blocks to the trendy Union Market (lots of restaurants!) -3 blocks to Whole Foods -12 min walk to Union Station -20 min walk to Cap Hill -1/2 block to Cap Bike Share Note: As of March 2025, a new school is being built behind our house so there is construction noise from 7 AM-4 PM weekdays.

There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year!
