High Place Cottage

High Place Cottage is a well maintained cosy, 2 storey stone and timber cottage with 2 double bedrooms plus a 3rd room of 2 single beds set on 55 acres of eucalyptus forest with commanding views to Maria Island. An adult retreat in peace and serenity with a warm & cosy ambience located in Orford, the Gateway to the East Coast with plenty of cafes and beach side facilities. Triabunna is a short drive to its arts, culture, shops, cafes, famous fish & chip van, local pub and Maria Island ferry.

Prosser River Retreat

Located on the water front of Prosser River you will find this breath taking retreat. Sit back and relax in this self contained home with modern amenities. Enjoy your days/evenings on the deck with a bbq over looking the river or by the water down at the fire pit. Only minutes walk to local beaches, cafes and restaurants and a short drive to many of the local attractions the east coast has to offer. With luxury bedding and facilities, an outdoor bath and stunning location overlooking Spring Bay, Tawny offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind from the everyday. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. You can relax in the boat shed by day and in the evening, gaze at the stars by the warmth of the fire pit.

Franklin Cottage

Family friendly accommodation located 5-minutes' walk to the Triabunna waterfront, wharf and shopping precinct. A great place to stay if you are visiting Maria Island, Port Arthur, Richmond, Hobart, Swansea, Coles Bay, Freycinet or Bicheno which are able to be done as day trips. A very relaxing, comfortable, private and quiet home for one person or groups up to six. Recently refurbished with a coastal/country vibe. Great outdoor areas and cottage garden. Your home away from home.

Rostrevor Pickers Cottage

Sandra & Ricky are pleased to be hosting Rostrevor Pickers Cottage located just 3 minutes from the Maria Island Ferry. Stroll around the historical Rostrevor farm which was once one of the largest orchards in the southern hemisphere and is now a family run fine wool and hereford cattle farm with many original buildings on site. This lovingly restored farm shed turned contemporary cottage is nestled in the shade of a centuries old oak tree, perfect for taking in the country quiet.

Sunways Orford

Once known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a light-filled 1925 home just steps from the river and a short stroll to the ocean beach. With two spacious queen bedrooms, a fresh bathroom featuring Salus botanicals, and a sunroom made for lazy afternoons, it’s a place to slow down. On arrival, enjoy Bellebonne sparkling rosé and Kenyak chocolates before unwinding into the rhythm of sea air and old-world charm.

The Church at Orford

St Michael and All Angels Church has been given a new lease of life as The Church at Orford boutique accommodation. Lovingly converted, this beautiful building retains unique architectural features whilst including quality furnishing and modern amenities. Ideal for a romantic weekend getaway, a summer holiday or to use as a gateway to the beautiful East Coast or to visit Maria Island National Park.

Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)
