Shop and pub in the village, and although the hut is set on a working farm, there’s plenty of peace and quiet and privacy at our cozy hut.

An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo.
