Our period cottage is the ideal stay for visitors to Great Manchester, Cheshire and the Peak District looking to experience a slice of local history in comfort. Nestled in a conservation area of the Heaton Mersey Valley, it is a little piece of country in the town. It is surrounded by beauty spots, shops, restaurants and transport links. There is a traditional English pub at the top of the road.

Owl's Rest is a self contained first floor apartment in a calm and tranquil setting. Open plan kitchen/living/dining area serves 2 double bedrooms ... all are light, airy and super comfortable. Easy access to the delightful market town of Knutsford with all its restaurants and bars, Owl's Rest is a stone’s throw from the renowned Dun Cow Inn. Convenient to Knutsford, Tatton Park, Alderley Edge, Mobberley, Over Peover and Holmes Chapel. Knutsford and Chelford train stations are 5 minutes drive.

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Self-contained flat within a family house. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room. The flat has its own entrance door which encloses space for your use, no space is shared with anyone else. We want you to feel very comfortable during your stay, and hope you enjoy the amenities and facilities which our flat provides. Near Bolton Wanderers stadium (for football and other events), and rail stations with access into Manchester. Manchester Airport is 30 to 40 minutes away by car.

On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. Situated in a friendly residential area yet only a 10 minute walk to Deansgate, Castlefield and central shopping. 20 minute walk to Old Trafford and perfectly situated for exploring our amazing city of Manchester. The house is split over 3 floors and sleeps 6 people. Includes 3 double bedrooms, one en suite, family bathroom, large kitchen, dining room, utility room and outside private space with seating.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.
