In the Heart of Thessaloniki's University Campus, right next to the city center, the Kaftantzoglio Olympic stadium and 450m away from metro station, you will find a fully renovated, equipped, 27sqm cosy, one space apartment which offers a relaxing and comfy accommodation. Ideal for guests who travel with car as there is direct access to freeway, free street parking which is usually available in a max. radious of 50m. Not highly recommended for beach or summer destinations but still a stop over.

Η παραλία(waterfront),το κέντρο της πόλης, όπως και τα μεγαλύτερα μουσεία/αξιοθέατα της(Λευκός Πύργος)είναι σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 30' με το λεωφορείο. Η στάση είναι σε λιγότερο από 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια. Τέλος, είναι πολύ κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ και πλήθος καταστημάτων εστίασης της περιοχής.
