Welcome to my lovely home in Totley which hosts up to five guests, infant and child friendly, just 5 minutes away from the stunning Peak District, 20 min drive to Chatsworth and Bakewell. Dore and Dronfield are within 10 min drive and Sheffield city centre 5 miles away. Bus stop to Bakewell is 2-min walk. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need for your self-catering stay. Walking distance to the chippy, local cafés, shops and restaurants. Free on-street parking, Pets welcome.

The Clock Tower Studio Flat

Perfectly located on the western edge of ‘The Outdoor City’, The Clock Tower Studio provides easy access to Sheffield city and the Peak District. A calm, spacious flat with a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet/shower room, king size bed and lounge area. Part of the Clock Tower property, the Studio sits beside the former Victorian water tower. Free on-site car parking and secure bike storage. Ideal for walkers, runners, climbers and cyclists, with Sheffield’s attractions ‘down the hill’.

Garden Loft/Studio Sleeps 2

Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Please feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

One Bedroom Studio with full kitchen & log burner.

Located in the village of Holmesfield in Derbyshire. On the edge of the Peak District with Chatsworth House 10 minutes drive away. Sheffield is a short drive away. The accommodation comprises, kitchen and a King size bed. A sitting room with central heating and log burner, a shower, toilet & sink. Utility room with washing machine, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Stunning views of Derbyshire.Private entrance. Car parking. PLEASE NOTE: NO CHILDREN INCLUDING INFANTS UNDER TWO YEARS OF AGE.

Stay in our delightful country house. 2 double beds. TV. Bathroom with WC, basin + electric shower. Landing with click clack sofa bed. Sole use of snooker room and bar area. We can set up a the sofa bed for an extra guest, making a maximum of 5 (extra cost for 3rd, 4th and 5th guests). Microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, toaster. Wifi. Driveway parking space. On the edge of the Peak District. 6 miles from Sheffield city centre. 9 miles from Bakewell. So much to see and do!

There is a regular bus service out to the Peaks as well as into the city.

This cosy barn has been recently and sympathetically converted to a one bedroom, one bathroom detached annex, perfect for a weekend getaway. Situated in a delightful, quiet hillside village, the cottage is within walking distance to pubs, shops and beautiful hiking and cycling routes. Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and the Monsal Trail are just some of the attractions in the area. Sleeps 2+2.

The Old Stable Block at Bank View Farm has recently been converted into an elegant self-catering holiday cottage with its own private hot tub in a beautiful courtyard garden. The cottage is set in the wonderful landscaped grounds and gardens of bank view farm next to the orchard with its geese and giant tortoises. Set on the edge of the peak district moors with pubs on your doorstep, this is the perfect location for an idyllic rural retreat.

Situated on the North West edge of Sheffield, we are in the Peak District, with superb walks, reservoirs, pubs, a golf course and more just a few minutes away. We are also close to halls of residence for Sheffield universities, with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive for jaunts into town. The accommodation is a self contained apartment above our detatched garage, with its own access and everything you need for a getaway in the peaks.
