Villa Giovanna

Sulle rive di uno dei rari laghi naturali d’Italia, dalla suggestiva forma a cuore incastonato tra le montagne del parco nazionale d’Abruzzo sorge Villa Giovanna e la sua Depéndance, lambita dalle calme acque del lago. Svegliarsi con il riverbero delle acque o con il suono delle dolci onde dona serenità all’animo umano, la possibilità di scoprire la natura circostante direttamente da casa non ha equali. Casa Marù

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante. Casa Marù è un piccolo alloggio addatto a due o tre persone che cercano tranquillità e natura. Si trova in un piccolo borgo abruzzese facente parte dei borghi più belli d´Italia. La caratteristica dell´alloggio è la costruzione in pietra della Majella che rende la casa fresca in estate. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Una villa accogliente immersa nel verde residenziale di Pesche. L'alloggio dista 1 km. dalla sede Unimol di Pesche, 3 km. dalla città di Isernia, raggiungibile in soli 3 minuti di auto, oppure con circolare urbana. Per gli appassionati della neve, dista 40 min. da Roccaraso, 25 min. da Campitello, 35 min. da Capracotta. Possibilità di rimessa per gli sci. Possibilità di parcheggio nello spiazzale posteriore (capienza 2 auto). Ulteriore parcheggio auto anche a 150 m.

La Masseria

Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Experience the rural spirit of the interiors, relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the best of the surroundings.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

La casina, ubicata nel cuore storico di Termoli. All’interno troverete un piccolo bagno con piano doccia e lavatrice. Una camera con un comodo letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, un ampio armadio e una Smart tv con Netflix! All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè.
