Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
