This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

Our cottage is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Blooms mountains. This cottage boasts a traditional thatched roof surrounding by fantastic countryside. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
