Timms Cottage

Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

Cottage on Matilda

Fully refurbished 120 yr old duck back cottage, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms, Shower over bath. Situated on a quiet side street. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 5 minute walk to central city and to Caroline bay with it’s little blue penguins, Carnival, swimming and its brand new play ground. We don’t charge a cleaning fee but we do expect you to leave the cottage clean & tidy, a cleaning fee may be charged if place if left messy.

Nestled in its very own private courtyard, Willow Retreat with its delightful ambience, offers you somewhere very special for a night or two. Brand new modern building with elegant interior, and coffee bar is the perfect place to escape. Take a 3 minute walk to the wonderful shops and cafes on the Fairlie's Main Street and the famous Fairlie Bakehouse.

Forest Bliss is a sustainable exotic forest surrounded by pasture lands. Based on the outskirts of Waimate township we have a detached modern guest accommodation on 4 acre lifestyle block, sleeps 5 comfortably. 10 minute walk into the heart of the town. Pet friendly. Sorry no kitchen available. Only basic toaster, kettle and bar fridge. BBQ available on request.

Peel Forest Hanger Hut

Great place to unwind and relax in a peaceful and secluded space. Beautiful lush native forest and a stunning mountain backdrop. Views down on to the Canterbury Plains from the decking, lounge and bedroom. Outdoor fire stoked bath tub.

Elm Cottage is situated in a large sunny garden up a path at the back of the hosts property, guests have a private out door bath to soak in behind Elm Cottage.
