The Port Arthur Historic Site is less than an hours drive, and the fabulous Bream Creek Winery is 20 minutes away.

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including some luxurious touches like European linen. We live in a unit upstairs with our own separate entrance. Welcome to our beach house, a two story home in a private street overlooking the lovely Park/Carlton beach. We live on the top floor in a self contained unit leaving the ground floor 3 bedroom house for your use. Included is a large open plan lounge with large TV and fully equipped kitchen dining area. We look forward to sharing our home with you. The front yard of the home is serviced by security camera.
