With two bedrooms (sleeping up to four people), the cottage has been designed to a high specification and offers guests great comfort and modern conveniences within an environment steeped in history. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The annexe has private access and offers a double bed, kitchen, smart TV, modern furniture, electric radiators and ensuite.

"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.
