Plan your stay at Swallow Meadows Farm. Private, self-contained studio suite on second floor (15 stairs) of farm house on 24 acres. Screened in porch to watch the neighbouring horse and wildlife. Fully renovated suite, including full kitchen and bathroom. Glass enclosed walk-in shower. Hike to the pond after breakfast and listen to the bull-frogs. If you are lucky you might spot deer or the local heron. Suite includes Wi-Fi, bring your screened device. Pets require approval prior to booking.

You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Private entrance through the back patio, full access to private gardens. Accommodations include a queen bed and daybed in the dressing room that is ideal for two adults. The Farmhouse garden kitchen is ideal to prepare foods purchased at local fruit and vegetables stands. The CoachHouse Yoga studio for 2 is available to rent at an additional charge.

Welcome to our cozy, newly remodeled studio with a private entry. This studio is centrally located on a popular street in Niagara Falls. It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. My goal is to make your stay enjoyable that's why I made sure you have: -Smart TV and free movies -Coffee and snack -board games -Towels -Fully equiped kitchen -Laundry (For a fee)

Close to family activities, park for the children, grocery stores, family friendly restaurants and public transport. Easy access to the highway for all three border crossings.
