Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Located in Thollon-les-Mémises at Grand Roc (altitude 1050 m), 2 km from the resort. Its privileged position "without vis-à-vis" offers a stunning view of Lake Geneva. Ideal for enjoying snow and skiing in winter, hiking in the mountains, and the lake in summer. This chalet will appeal to mountain lovers who enjoy being away from the noise and immersed in nature.

Das Chalet Lumière bietet einen fantastischen Blick über den Genfersee und ermöglicht die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge von der eigenen Terrasse zu genießen. Wandern, Skifahren, in den See springen, am Kamin relaxen und dabei der kompletten Ruhe lauschen. Das Chalet verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, sechs Betten und zwei Badezimmer, einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick, eine kleinen Frühstücksterrasse, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, cozy living room, 2 balconies facing south east and 1 balcony overlooking the lake. It is equipped with all comforts such as comfortable beds, dishwasher, microwave / grill, Nespresso machine and WIFI.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a chalet. There are no direct neighbors to either the front or the backside, so there is an unobstructed view and privacy. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a baby. Shops (fromagerie, small supermarket) are on walking distance.
