The property is located 7 kms south of Kovalam, 1 km south of Vizhinjam international Seaport which is under construction. Break water of the port is visible from our property and some times construction sounds can be heard. The access to our property is through next door resort -Niaramaya. Nearest car access point & parking is 400 m from beach house.
