We welcome you to come & stay in our quirky family home. Enjoy easy access to Ventnor main town with boutique shops, a gorgeous sea-front, and many places to eat & drink. Your cosy room is at the top of the house, giving you lovely views of St Boniface downs. We have a lovely small blind puppy named Louie, he is ultra friendly. We are a smoking household but only in our lounge and outside areas, I feel this makes our home unsuitable for young children.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The house is in a quiet residential area. The ground floor has a warm atmosphere with pine floors and a large kitchen/ diner. The guest bedroom overlooks the back garden. The sea, town, station, Tesco and Co-Op express shops and several pubs/ restaurants are all short walks away. The house is close to the Downs, many towns and cities, and event centres such as Chichester, Goodwood and Fontwell.

The Brambles, Alverstoke Gosport

The Brambles is a beautiful, quiet home within walking distance of the beach, HMS Sultan and a five minute drive to the Gosport ferry. The large bedroom, with ensuite facilities, overlooks the pool. Tea and coffee is provided in the room and a continental breakfast is included. Please note smoking is not permitted in the house.
