Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill relaxed vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. The main house has a (3) day minimum. Ask for details if interested.

Great restaurants at walking distance. The building is located in the Montrose Historical Dist and built in 1950, completely renovated in 2011.
