Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Situated near attractions, including the Tail of The Dragon (20 minutes) and Gatlinburg (1.5 hours). Fishing and hiking opportunities are close too. One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to LOVE. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing water views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, Rokus, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Fire wood and coffee are provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

The house was built with 2 separate living areas, high-beamed ceilings, and immaculate details for luxurious yet charming feel. The kids will enjoy the custom made bunk room in the basement with their own kitchen & living room area. Bring your boat or jet ski and enjoy the private boat ramp and dock. The kayaks, picnic area, & fire pit are yours to enjoy.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.
