The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Our ground floor units include two full-size beds, a fridge/micro combo, WIFI, Cable, and FREE onsite kayak rentals (May-Oct)! STRICT PET POLICY: We only allow Dog Pets. We collect a $15 nightly fee per dog (plus applicable taxes) upon arrival. Dog must be at least one year . Pet may not be left alone.

Relax with family and friends at Birch Point Condo & Resort in Hayward. We are located right on Nelson Lake with a shared dock ready for your boat. The shared dock is just steps away, perfect for a day out on the lake or swimming on the beach. Our rooms have two beds, private bathroom, adjoining rooms, and air conditioning. Noon check out time can be requested for non-peak season reservations.

The Surfside Suite features a king bed, expansive views of Lake Superior, a cozy sitting area, gas fireplace, lakeside double whirlpool tub, TV, in-floor heat, kitchenette, double shower in the private bath, and a walkout patio overlooking Lake Superior. This accommodation is on the ground-level with a flight of stairs leading down to the room.

The Lighthouse Room - 1 full bed/ private bathroom

Lighthouses are a big thing here in Water Wonderland so we couldn't leave out! We themed this room in dedication to them. This is our smallest room but don't be fooled as good things come in small packages. This Boutique style motel room has a big log bed and private bathroom with toilet and shower.
