Welcome to Lockehaven Living, our recently renovated suite is located on a quiet family friendly street, a short walk to all the quaint amenities of Deep Cove. This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. The ski hills, golf courses and downtown Vancouver are all a short drive away. Or you may just want to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the books we have provided.

Easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, a grocery store, a shopping mall, library, museum, movie theater, bus routes, laundromat, and more. Enjoy plenty of street parking or convenient transit options. The Anvil Centre and SkyTrain station are only a 12-15 minute walk away or use direct bus access.

Located in the Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood, you'll find a lot of independent stores and restaurants alongside older mom-and-pop businesses. Nearby is the brewery district with over a dozen microbreweries. Hastings Park, the Pacific National Exhibition and T&T Supermarket are all within walking distance. Enjoy easy access to both Highway 1 and downtown. In house laundry is NOT available for guests, there is a coin laundromat at the corners of East 1st. Av and Renfrew a 10 minute walk.

This private suite is a brand new listing in Burquitlam, an emerging suburban neighborhood at the edge of Burnaby & Coquitlam. There are many new businesses & conveniences that have sprung up around the nearby newer Skytrain station. From here you can easily get to downtown Vancouver and Hwy 1, explore the wilder & rural areas such as Belcarra Park, Krause Farm, Fort Langley & the PoCo Trail. Your hosts are a university teacher & accountant who like the easy access to both city & country.

Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on a residential, family friendly street, blocks away from bustling Kingsway street with restaraunts, Shoppers Drug Mart, and transit a few minutes walk away. Your room is compact, but has everything you'll need after a long day: queen bed, TV, dorm fridge, and Kettle to make yourself coffee or tea. Cozy room, with private bathroom. No shared spaces here! Centrally located basement suite with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.

Beautiful one bedroom suite in new house. Close to Rocky point park, Mundy Park, Como Lake, Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex, SFU, supermarket, Starbucks, Liquor store, Banks. Downtown Vancouver is 35-40 minutes sky train ride. You can enjoy walking trails on Coquitlam Crunch, Shoreline Trail . During summer time you can visit Sasamat and Bantzen lakes , one of the warmest lakes in Metro Vancouver with great sandy beaches.

Burnaby Mountain Gem 1

Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.
