The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

There is a large parking area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities directly accessible from the main kitchen. And also a covered area to relax in the hot tub. Just 2km from Mitchelstown cave and 4 km from the Galtee mountains, Alice’s farmhouse is located close to a working dairy farm where cows and hens may pass by.

The Blacksmith's Cottage, Fermoy, Co Cork

The Blacksmith's Cottage built in the late 1800's, where 3 generations of Blacksmiths lived, offers guests a traditional country cottage with modern conveniences. Situated just 5 min from Fermoy town and just 7 min off the M8 Cork-Dublin Motorway and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Adare Manor. Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety And Caters For Up To Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.
