The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

"Even in the rain it was breathtaking!" Guests are serenaded by abundant bird life and the soothing sound of waterfalls cascading into the tidal estuary below. Your modern suite features a spacious bathroom with W/D, a full kitchen, 9' ceilings letting in loads of light and 2 connecting bedrooms which comfortably sleeps up to 5 persons. Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years.
