The Boathouse Bar and Bungalows are located in the heart of historic Terlingua Ghost Town between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. This once abandoned mining village has become a hub for those seeking adventure among the mountains, river, and desert that shape the region. The unit includes 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and a full bath. Nearby coffee shop & restaurants! "At the back of the Boathouse, they've got some bungalows. And that's for the people who like to go down slow."

Ghost town Ruin

It took my husband nine winters to rebuild the ruin from the miners back in the 40's. It has a 10" memory full size mattress, a light, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, and an outdoor covered patio area with a refrigerator. It is rustic and special at the same time. It has an electric heater for cool nights and a small AC for warmer ones. We have WiFi on the compound, however, reception in the rock Ruin is iffy at best, reception is in the Patio area of the Ruin and common area,

Location, Location, Location & Super Cute... this Chic & Modern “Kanga House” sits on 30 acre with lots of elbow room. The house boasts a 6 person Hot tub. The Kanga house sports a large covered deck with great views, full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom and a covered carport. Nestled against a quiet hill and overlooking the Eastwood Mesa, our trio of stucco casitas offers a serene retreat 17 minutes from Big Bend National Park. Each one-room adobe casita is a blend of simplicity and comfort. Featuring minimalist interiors and distinctive arched doors amid desert scenery. It has a queen-sized bed, 2 side tables, 1 shelf, and 1 chair. One loft has a queen-sized memory foam mattress. One loft is for storage. We're a 'Dark Sky' designated area. Welcome to my earth bag home located 25 minutes outside of the entrance to Big Bend National Park. The house sits on 150 acres with 360 degree views of mountains, mesas, pinnacles, spires, and buttes. There are walking trails throughout the property. Good luck finding another home with as much love put into it! If the Earthbag home is booked I have a home called “Rammed Earth” over the hill that is a work of art. For some reason with online algorithms this home is not showing up as often.
