Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Our private suite is located in a quiet, established neighborhood, yet we are five minutes from I-24 and less than ten minutes from excellent shopping and dining at The Avenue and the surrounding area. Free off-street parking for one or two vehicles is just a step away from your door. When you stay in our bnb, you'll have a separate entrance, so feel free to live as privately as you would like, but we're available if you need anything. We find that meeting new people always enriches us!

Welcome to our cozy neighborhood nook! We hope you feel right at home. You’ll be in a great location central to just about everywhere you’d want to go with privacy and off the street parking. The inside has been completely remodeled so everything is new. Large bedroom and bath. Full kitchen. 60” smart TV w Hulu Live, Netflix etc. Please reach out to us at anytime during your stay for advice on anything Nashville. Home is on a hill overlooking Bellevue One shopping/restaurant district which is only 1 mile down the road. Private entrance and separate parking area and driveway. Guests have the lower level of home which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen (with full-size fridge, sink, and dishwasher), living room, W/D, and separate back patio to enjoy the view.

This efficiency apartment has a private entrance with private covered porch and a full kitchen. Work area with Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome - must be free of fleas and ticks.
