Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Sky Harbor Airport and downtown are a 5-minute drive, with Arcadia, Scottsdale, and Tempe only slightly further. The best transportation options for getting around the area would be using rideshare apps, driving or utilizing the Lightrail service that goes to most places in the valley.

Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage. Pool is not heated
