The Little Lake House

Brand new Lake & Mountain view home with 360 degree views of Fiordland National Park and Te Anau. The upstairs level features a cozy lounge with large windows overlooking the lake to the Murchison Mountains & an open kitchen/dining area plus two outdoor areas on both sides, the perfect space to enjoy the spectacular views. The three bedrooms on the lower level are spacious and comfortable with two ensuites & a third bathroom, & the media room is a great escape zone. Best suited for 1-3 couples.

Te Anau is an ideal stop over to experience Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, and all Fiordland has to offer. Our place is perfect for small groups, couples, and families. You can enjoy the house including kayaks and pool table and free wifi. We are Dairy farmers who love to relax in Te Anau

Lake front house with mountain views

Across the road from the lake this 3 bedroom home built in 1969 is still owned by the same family. Newly renovated are the 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and laundry with new washer and dryer. Elevator for easy access to each level with your luggage and shopping. Upstairs is a fantastic view with large opening sliding doors on to the deck or conservatory if the day is cooler. Fully equipped kitchen, yet to be renovated but very workable. Walk to shops, restaurants and parks within minutes.

Bask in the sun or stay cosy by the fire, as you watch the everchanging landscape of Lake Manapouri and the spectacular Cathedral Mountains of Fiordland from the comfort of the living room. Or get out and explore it for your yourself with the lake front a stones throw from the doorstep. Rangapu Fiordland Lodge

Rangapu Log House is a unique space directly over looking the local golf course and Lake Te Anau. 3kms from the township of Te Anau - Rangapu supplies a rural, private setting. Its location is walking distance to the Kepler Track, Waiau River, Lake2Lake Trail and the Golf Club. A comfortable property for those looking for adventure within the giant playground of Fiordland or for those wishing to relax and rejuvenate within the beauty and tranquility of their surroundings.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Black’s Paradise

Our newly built home is warm, sunny and spacious with an open plan with multiple seating areas. A peaceful part of town with beautiful lake and mountain views, 10 min walk to town centre. The deck is partly undercover - can be accessed by two bedrooms and the kitchen. Outdoor TV with SKY and heaters . Internal garage available to park or store E bikes. Not fully fenced. Cot permanently set up. The Master bedroom and shed at rear of property are not available to guests.

Waiau Crib - A Cottage by the River

Now with fibre WIFI! Waiau Crib Sits on the banks of the Waiau river over-looking Pearl Harbour in Manapouri. Private, peaceful and quiet with stunning views. Waiau Crib is a charming two-bedroom retro-style cottage, perfect for two to four people, very clean and comfortable with excellent phone reception and data coverage. Fully equipped kitchen and a selection of teas and coffee are provided. Modern comfortable beds with quality linen.

Lakefront Apartment

Downstairs apartment of a luxury home, right on the Lakefront in Te Anau, directly across from the boat ramp. 2x Super King beds, well equipped kitchenette with cooktop. Please note: the ceiling is lower than standard - get in touch if you need measurements! Parking available on the street directly across the road. This new studio has been purpose built for the Airbn'b market. It has been designed to replicate a modern hotel room at a fraction of the cost. Guests will enjoy a king size bed and a spacious and private bathroom. There is a smart television. Guests will also have access to the deck which boasts uninterrupted views of Lake Te Anua and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Spectacular lake and mountain views, right on Te Anau's Lakefront. 8-minute walk to the town our villa provides a convenient, clean and calm haven to explore our beautiful Fiordland area. Private home for you to enjoy with plenty of off-street parking. Note that downstairs is not occupied and only for storage and cleaning supplies. Modern heat pump, tasteful decor, it feels like a home away from home.
