Large laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king size bed. Both with TV's. A large circle driveway for your boat or trailer. The cottage is fully furnished, mini frig, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishware, bed and bath linens & basic cooking condiments.

Spring Warrior Pines

We accept extra registered guests. Plenty of land for boats and vehicles. Use the cleaning station for all your hunting and fishing trips. A fire pit to enjoy the night air. Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers & horseshoe games. Furry friends are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced. We have a Baby crib and Highchair for our littlest friends. Gas and charcoal grill is available, bring the charcoal!

Snappin Turtle Cabin. Riverfront with dock.

Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

You can cast your line and catch fresh water fish from the dock or river banks. You can slide the canoes or kayaks in. Just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping and salt water fishing. There is a fire pit and a large yard for fun family games. Downstairs offers a grill , and a screened in picnic area .

The brand new dock is perfect to keep your boat right in the water making boating to the Gulf a breeze. Other outdoor amenities include a fish cleaning table, gazebo with fire pit, gas grill & lots of room for parking.
