Wonderful Canadian Lake House

Imagine vacationing on a beautiful lake with everything you need to enjoy time on the water – kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boat and rowboat. . Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, central air-conditioning, walk-in shower and soaker tub. We have an entire house R/O system, so all the water from every tap is perfect. We live on a bay with many weeds. To swim you must paddle out to a raft. There is a small sandy beach with a wading area for the little children.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

This "rustic chic" home has been designed with your every comfort in mind. There will be no "roughing it" in this rural cottage, nestled in the beautiful Lanark Highlands. North Sky is a perfect getaway for everyone. In winter, we are close to the Snow Road snowmobile trails. In late winter, early spring - we are right in the middle of Maple Syrup country! My unit features cozy, comfortable country character. Arnprior is situated close to both the Nation’s Capital and the eco-touristic wonders of the upper Ottawa Valley. It is a great space for those needing a local place to stay or tourists wanting access to nature. We are steps away from activities such as walking, cycling, ATVing, skiing, snowmobiling can on the nearby Algonquin Trail. We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.

Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.
