It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. This architecturally designed bach enjoys a private sunny aspect, with stunning views across Lake Rotoiti. It is located in a quiet street surrounded by trees.
