Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

Peaceful and charming studio with a partial view to the Matterhorn. Nicely located at 4 minutes walking from Sunnegga lift. It is a comfortable and generous studio of 37sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.

This house was built by our familiy. You will be welcomed in a spacious, bright apartment (100 m²) with a large yard. There are 2 bedrooms with new king size beds. Here we put special attention on the quality of sleep, thanks to our supplier of healthy sleeping systems. Then you will have a large living-dining room with sofa bed, 2bathrooms, TV and fireplace. The house is located about 300m from the train station.

The apartment is 3 min. from the Sunnegga lifts, starting point to discover the ski slopes or hiking paths of Zermatt. The return in winter to the apartment can be done on skis. The area is quiet and you are 10 min. from Zermatt station. The house has a shared ski room and outdoor bicycle parking.
