Holiday Bliss - The Kiwi Suite

After 23 years of living in Paradise, Carmen and David (your hosts) are excited to be able to share it with you. This stunning guest house is situated on a beautiful semi-rural farm, in the heart of the Waikato. It boasts a romantic, old-fashioned and cosy ambience. It is the perfect getaway for all - honeymooners to holiday-makers. One of the most special additions to this homestay is the fresh water cedar and stainless steel hot tub! We also provide a gourmet breakfast ready to be cooked.

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Escape to a haven of entertainment and relaxation in this unique games room. Perfectly situated in a quiet semi-rural Matangi location. Inside the studio you will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven/hobs, toaster and jug. You'll find a pool table for endless entertainment and other card games for friendly competitions. 1km to our local 4 Square you have the ultimate flexibility to self-cater in the comfort of your studio or explore local eateries/attractions.

Welcome to our spacious and airconditioned pool side studio. The 55sqm studio unit is set apart from our family home and overlooks our resort style pool. We live on a 2 1/2 acre lifestyle block just outside of Hamilton and easy access to Cambridge and Lake Karapiro. Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua are an enjoyable day trip from our place. Unlimited Wifi and multi channel 'Freeview' TV are available. Our family home is across the pool and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

A rural retreat with a 10-minute scenic drive to Cambridge for excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. Centrally located for events/attractions in the Waikato. Enjoy relaxing in the home-from-home accommodation after your day's activities with a glass of wine on the deck while soaking in the sun and then gazing at the stars. The accommodation is best suited to couples, business trips and those travelling with pets. Self-check-in/check-out.
