Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or heavy alcohol consumption. The home is located in a private residential area (village)

The apartment is located in the calm Pelgulinna settlement, 10 minutes' walk from Telliskivi Creative City (one of the most hipster areas in Tallinn) and 15 min from the Old Town. The 36 m2, cozy, luminous one bedroom apartment is located in a wooden house. Most comfortable stay for two people. There is a small garden with a table in the yard area, grilling is very welcome, it is also possible to enjoy good weather there. The flat has everything necessary. Peaceful guests are most welcome!

On the second floor, there are two separate bedrooms that can sleep up to five people. The house is surrounded by a large berry garden which guests are free to enjoy if they're in season. There is a fireplace corner and the possibility of grilling outside. All Tallinn's sandy beaches are a short drive/bus away. Free parking in the yard, free Wifi. Welcome!

Enjoy our modern home on a unique quiet residential street in the heart of Kopli, the new and happening hipster part of Tallinn. This is our home and we rent it out while we are travelling the world :). The house has a big private garden with the nature reserve and hiking trail starting from our back yard. The location is prime - quiet, but also well connected with the city centre, Noblessner, Telliskivi or with the tramway directly to or from the airport.
