Couples can escape to this serene hideaway, enjoying their own private cottage. Experience nature with your own campfire, or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool and relax in the hot tub. Peace Barn Getaway is a private, cozy modern one-bedroom barn apartment tucked behind the main house, offering a peaceful rural escape but only 4 miles from town. The space includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area with a sofa that converts into a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Enjoy a small coffee bar, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. We are only 6.2 miles from UWG and 6.1 miles from South Wire Company.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway in a rustic cabin overlooking the river this is the place for you. It is between Atlanta Ga. & Birmingham Al. about 45 min. from the tallest mountain in the southeast and Talladega Racetrack in the heart of Dixie. The cabin is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans. If you like to cook outdoors there are two one charcoal & one gas grill available for you. Also we offer a canoe or kayak with life vest while staying with us.
