Groovy Lagoon | A-frame, hot tub, beach, & kayaks

Escape to a lovingly reimagined modern A-frame home on the Burley Lagoon beachfront. Hot tub in a wooded sanctuary or wander down to your private beach and enjoy the clear waters filled with marine life. Kayak along the protected waters of the lagoon or adventure to Henderson Bay. The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and other birds diving for fish nearby.

Vashon Clam Cove Cottage Waterfront with Views

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Use the kayaks to paddle around Gig Harbor--or paddle to the Tides Tavern or Anthony's seafood for lunch! Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
