Rise to the top of a beautiful historic building and enter a bright and inviting space. It's fully upgraded and modernized, with glowing hardwood floors and richly textured bathroom tiles. Cheerful blue kitchen cabinets make cooking a delight. One of the hottest districts of Budapest, one of the most beautiful buildings, is a wonderful 40 sqm unique style apartment, all of which has been designed to make the traveller feel at home. Locked out of the noise of the city, yet when you exit the gate, you will be able to reach all important sights by a walk. Pets are also welcome! The neighbourhood is the most visited place in Budapest, due to its intimate atmosphere. Close to the Danube shore, Margitsziget, Parliament and only 3 tram stops from the famous party district. All public transports are just few minutes walk!

I believe it's the perfect place for a city break: it's in the heart of Pest close to many attractions while also quiet and calm thanks to its window opening on an inner courtyard. It has everything you might need for a perfect holiday: a comfy bed, a kitchen to prepare your own meals if you wish, a bathroom, and a nice living room with a smart TV for entertainment outside of sightseeing.

This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Budapest, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We're situated on the riverbank with the Buda Castle and the Gellért-hill just around the corner and most sights are in walking distance. Buses and trams stop right outside the building, making transportation quick and easy. The apartment has a comfortable queen bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathtub and a washingmachine. We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Experience how to live in a real 150-year old monument with beautiful high ceilings (over 4,4 meters), authentic details in the heart of the Downtown. The house was originally a palace and bank house, designed by one of the most well-known architecture in Hungary (Hild Jozsef) in Classicist style. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy Budapest from on one of the largest terrace in the area with flowers and some drinks. The area is central, but quiet and peaceful at night.

This beautifully decorated modern stylish apartment is located in the very middle of Budapest downtown. When you step out of the house you find yourself among popular restaurants, coffee shops, bars. You are just few steps from our famous Opera house and the vibrating Andrássy street, the center of culture, theatres and fashion (with the biggest fashion brands). Most sigths are also in walking distance. If you want to discover the city it is the best place to start.

Peaceful cottage, close to nature, town and bus

Cottage on the border of Székesfehérvár. The house is located in a peaceful environment, yet there are lots of amenities closeby. There´s a big garden, where guests can sun bath or work, or pick fruits or vegetables for immediate consumption. (Of course seasonal.) Bus, restaurants (a simple and a luxurious one), supermarkets, pub, post, forest closeby. Pick up by car from/to town or station sometimes (not always) possible for a fee. To be agreed.
