Both studios offer an amazing view and have functional kitchens, as well as their own courtyard. There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.

Built in 1800 and fully renovated in 2017, villa Gaia is located in Ano Manna village, about 5 km from Hermoupolis (Syros center). It is fully equipped with all house amenities, carefully decorated with traditional furniture maintaining the original character of the house. These comfortable huts are ideal even for couples plus 1, and come with one bunk bed, (with a larger bed at the bottom). They have a fan, clothes hanger, mirror, table and chair. Guests can use the shared luxury shower and toilet facilities and communal kitchenette.

(45 sqm) It is located on the second level. It consists of a separate bedroom with traditional iron beds (1 king or 2 twins beds) and a sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wooden sofa bed in the sitting area. Both of rooms have a panoramic sea view, 360 degrees, with 2 large private verandas. It has a capacity of 3 persons. A 4th guest can be accommodated at an extra bed.
