Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to love. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing water views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, Rokus, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Fire wood and coffee are provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Spring City Treehouses “Holly Grove”

This is a unique, newly built Treehouse (‘23) on 10 wooded acres near Watts Bar Lake. Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg! Or be selfish and bring her just to be together. Well, you could bring the pup too.

The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.

Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with farm amenities such as fishing on our various docks around the lake, watching the sunset with a fire pit, or grilling dinner outside.

Carriage House

Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for.

My house is a log cabin style home, with rustic and cottage décor. It is in the foothills of East TN, in a very peaceful neighborhood. It is located on a hill and has a beautiful view. You will have the entire front part of the house with a private entrance, patio, front porch and parking. You will have private access to all of what is pictured.
