The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Piggywidden, Lidcutt Farm, PL30 5BD

Lidcutt is a working farm in the middle of no-where but close to all the places you might want to visit. Piggywidden is a cozy converted barn with a double and single bedroom and unique features. There is an outside seating area with a picnic bench overlooking a field with pet sheep, alpacas and wildlife. There is a spare single mattress under the single bed which can turn the single bedroom into a snug twin if required. Due to being situated on a working farm we are unable to accept pets.

Bluebell Woods is a unique accommodation set within peaceful woodland, where you can experience nature at its best, and is intended for those who love the outdoors and are capable of walking up and down nature pathways. Comprising of sleeping quarters in a purpose built shepherd's hut, with king size bed, a separate unit with Double bed, private kitchen and bathroom facilities. Your furry friends are also welcome we have a designated pet room with plenty of space, light and window, bed, bowls

Situated on the Bodmin & Wenford steam railway, come and stay in this modern self-contained apartment with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for a quick getaway or a quality family holiday. Close to Bodmin Moor, Bodmin jail, Cardinham, Lanhydrock and 20 minutes from each coast. Less than 5 minutes from the A30. Locals bus routes to most of Cornwall and a short distance to Bodmin Parkway train station. Plenty of parking Short walk into Bodmin town with plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

A 7-8 minute walk down the hill will get you to the centre of the historical town of Lostwithiel where there are a variety of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket and the beautiful River Fowey. Lostwithiel Railway Station is a 5 minute walk, and is on the mainline from London to Penzance.
