Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Surfside Chalet is light, modern and beach-themed. Many guests comment that it's a real 'home from home' with everything needed. It was my first home so I’ve designed everything to be ‘space saving’. I loved living here and really enjoy welcoming guests to stay and enjoy the beautiful local area too. It is perfectly located to walk into Mumbles or around the cliff path to Langland Bay. Plus you’re only a short car journey away from the scenic areas of natural beauty that Gower has to offer.

Sea Watch is a newly fully refurbished beautiful boutique style holiday town house (Located on the seafront in Mumbles with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay and within walking distance of all the local amenities. Sea Mist Lodge is a newly renovated 2 bedroom property in Limeslade. The lodge/chalet has an open plan living area with comfortable seating,40 inch wall mounted TV , WiFi, a table for dining at. There is also a fully fitted kitchen housing a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and the usual kitchen essentials . There is a modern clean shower room with a double shower tray,wash basin and toilet . Both bedrooms are clean and tidy with wardrobes, bedding and pillows provided.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.
