Boligen ligger mellom byen og marka, begge i gangavstand, ca. 10 minutter. En flott beliggenhet om du er interessert i turer i det alpine landskapet som omringer Svolvær. Et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske Lofoten. Boligen del av en generasjonsbolig med egen inngang. Det er mulig å parkere to biler utenfor huset, om sommeren tre. Fantastisk utgangspunkt for randoneeturer, friluftsliv, toppturer og fritidsfiske. Stort bad med varmekabler, gode muligheter for å tørke klær. Wi-fi, KabelTV, PS3.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

Stedet er bra for par og familier . Vi kaller hytta Rødstua, og den ligger ved siden av Nordlandshuset som vi også leier ut. I første etasje er det ett soverom , kombinert stue/kjøkken, bad med dusj og vaskemaskin og gang. I stua er det stige opp til loftet hvor det er 3 sengeplasser. I stua er det en sovesofa. Uteplass med utsikt mot sjøen.
