This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

My place is 1.7 miles from Ginnie Springs known for great diving, tubing, canoeing and swimming. It is located on the same road as Blue and Poe Springs. Activities for everyone, T.V. in every room, internet provided, drying line for diving suits, large fire pit, washer & dryer. corn toss, horse shoes, and tubes provided Ring outside security doorbell . Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.
