Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

The Suwannee River Rest & Adventures

Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. FB Fans-UF BHG Stadium is 24 miles away. Itchetucknee is 18 miles way. Smoke-free home.
