It's just a short walk or drive to parks, restaurants and bars. Mckinley Park-7 blocks This park offers a jogging trail, multiple courts for tennis, a soccer field and playground. DOCO/Golden 1 Center- 7 minute drive J st. - 5 blocks One of downtown's busiest blocks

Private Studio Loft in a Victorian Mansion

This studio loft is fully remodeled and stocked with everything you need for your stay. It is on the top floor of an old Victorian mansion. With a private entrance and outdoor balcony, your space includes a fully stocked kitchen/laundry, bedroom, and private bathroom. We only have free street parking that gets sweeping on a weekly basis. We are walking distance to everything that downtown has to offer, but we do not have any private parking.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Our artist's apartment is in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. We are located on J Street near the famous and delicious Rick's Dessert Diner! Here you will get to experience all downtown has to offer and soak in all the culture! Have a fabulous margarita at Midtowns Cantina Alley or indulge in a cocktail at the Flamingo House! We are near DOCO and Golden 1 Center, walking distance from nightlife and close to Sutter General Hospital.
