The proximity to the beaches, stores, and restaurants make this condo a great spot to spend a fun-filled vacation at the beach. This newly furnished condo is the perfect getaway for your family beach vacation. Close to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey Beaches, shopping, grocery stores and the best restaurants this area has to offer. Located on route 1, only 3 miles from downtown Rehoboth (by car) where you can relax on the beach or take a walk on the boardwalk. Our condo is very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Free parking on premises, smart TV, WiFi.

The first floor condo. Easy access to the parking. 10 minutes to the beach and close to all the great restaurants. Tanger Outlet is across the street. Beach Bus stop is right by the entrance. A large pool is located right next to the building. A beach parking permit is provided during your stay here. All guests must be 25+ (except for the minors that must be accompanied by a legal guardian). ID’s may be requested. For the security of our property, a Ring camera is on the front door.

1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo on Silver Lake

Newbold Square is tucked away in Rehoboth Beach on Silver Lake. It is a quiet, sleepy, 40 unit complex with a lakeside pool that offers sun and shade among towering trees. This condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space. We supply linens, bath towels, four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a gas grill. No pets are permitted. Our space is allergen free.

1st Floor Beach-town Condo in Lewes

Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.
