There are many trails to explore but one might enjoy just taking the time to relax. Dark skies above the Hideaway make this the perfect location for stargazers. Do you want a ranch vacation? Are you traveling with horses & need a lay over. We have room for both you and your horses too. If you want to experience ranch life, peace, quiet, & nature ,than come to our 80 acre horse ranch in alturas calif., where there are more cows in our county than people. We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.

Squirrelville

Squirrelville is furnished, built in the early 1920s and is almost 100 years old! It has one bedroom, open plan living and kitchen area, and 110 V power. Sleeps 2 adults + one child. Bedroom: Queen size bed/dresser. Free standing closet. Woodstove in living room and electric/oil heater. Kitchen area, sink, appliances, dishes, pans, silverware, water. There is a carpeted outhouse, and an outdoor shower (availability contingent on outdoor temps).!

Rockin' TD Ranch Guest House

This cozy 1,400 sq. foot guesthouse (fully-furnished, ADA compliant, single level) has large picture windows and front porch, allowing guests to witness the incredible outdoor views of Long Valley, NV. The private rock garden with chairs is a great place to sit and relax. Come stargaze, hike or just decompress. Guests have said it's amazing! Please be aware that we are 22 miles from the nearest town/hospital.
