My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport. Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Cozy 3 Bedroom, minutes from the beach & downtown

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

This newly built shingle style beach house is designed and styled to accommodate a family or group of friends traveling together. Cool neutral colors with casual comfortable furniture join to create a welcoming space that encourages getting to know each other again. With two separate living areas the house easily accommodates two families traveling together or several couples or any number of varieties of traveling companions.

Spacious, coastal suite with private entrance, bath and off-street parking. (one of- street space only. We do not have room for another vehicle to park in driveway.) Located just one block from world-famous Bellevue Avenue. Short walk to beaches, mansions, 20-25 minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride or 5 to 10 min drive or Uber. Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

Spacious Suite in Newport Victorian

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
