1 Bedroom Apartment

Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Or, just relax and enjoy the view from the patio and fenced yard, with a hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, BBQ, bocce ball court, and gas fire pit table, just for you! Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

Silo Tiny house

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. Riverfront Getaway in the Teanaway

This three bedroom, two-bath home sits on 2.5 acres within the the Teanaway Community Forest. The property fronts the Middle Fork Teanaway River in one of the most beautiful valleys in Washington State. The home has a large grassy yard, and shady areas by the river for relaxing. In the summer, hiking biking and horseback riding opportunities abound in the Teanaway. In winter, it's a wonderland for nordic skiers, snowshoers and snowmobilers.
