Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. The apartment was completely renovated this winter! It is just 10 minutes away from the beautiful beaches in Rabac. It's located at the ground floor of the house. It has WiFi, air conditioning (AC), a HD TV and a bench with a sunshade outside. It's very close to everything you need, 50m from a supermarket and restaurant. The studio apartment is very similar with another one (Terra app) in the same building so when booked together it's suitable for families and friends up to 6!

Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Uživajte u prekrasnom ambijentu ovog luksuznog smještaja u prirodi s panoramskim pogledom. Stone House Baracchi je stara kamena kuća u potpunosti renovirana 2023. Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION: Our house is situated in small VILLAGE in central Istria. We are not in a city or by seaside. Here is no public transport, so it is not suitable for people without a car. Supermarket (working time: 7 - 21h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.

Palace Lazzarini-Battiala apartment "Kostanj"

The " Lazzarini- Battiala" palace is a part of the baroque country-side castle built in 1797. in a peaceful place Martinski, only 10 min away from Labin and 15 min away from beautiful beaches. The palace is protected by the Republic of Croatia-Ministry of culture, so this was respected during the restoration - all the rooms and interior were left as they were.
