The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

The house is less than a mile drive to the Lincoln Peak base area, with breathtaking winter views of the resort. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
